| RE: Results of the Sketch Competition (procurement identification No. RDĪD 2011/28) |
We are hereby informing that in compliance with Paragraph 6 of Section 79 of the Public Procurement Law, on 19 July 2011 the jury commission made a decision on the results of the sketch competition “Development of a design for a preschool educational establishment in Riga at 6 Tallinas Street, 10 Tallinas Street, 12A Tallinas Street” (procurement identification No. RDĪD 2011/28). The jury commission unanimously decided:
1. the submitted sketch with a slogan “EC 002” with the total number of points amounting to 650 is to be recognised the sketch competition winner by awarding the 1st place. The authors-the owners of author’s rights are:
- Mārtiņš Jaunromāns;
- Māra Ābele.
In compliance with the jury commission decision, the sketch competition winner – the 1st place holder – receives a money prize of Ls 7000, and in compliance with the procedure established in the Public Procurement Law, the winner will be invited to participate in the negotiations procedure regarding conclusion of an agreement on designing works.
2. the submitted sketch with a slogan “HX-500” with the total number of points amounting to 558 is to be recognised as the 2nd place holder. The authors-owners of author’s rights to the sketch are:
- SIA “Malus arhitekti” (architects: Renārs Putniņš, Anda Ābele, Uldis Logins);
- SIA “DR ARHITEKTI” (architects: Dāvids Rubins, Aldis Blicsons).
In compliance with the jury commission decision, the 2nd place holder has been awarded a prize of Ls 5000.
3. the 3rd place of the sketch competition goes to the submitted sketch with a slogan “TM 977” with the total number of points amounting to 548. The author of the sketch-the owner of author’s rights is:
- SIA “MARK arhitekti” (project team: Aleksejs Birjukovs, Mārtiņš Ošāns, Jānis Sauka; participants: Santa Matule, Reinis Pope, Agnese Lāce, Elžbieta Bortkevič).
In compliance with the jury commission decision, the 3rd place winner receives an award of Ls 3000.
4. the consolation prizes of the sketch competition are awarded to:
4.1. the submitted sketch with a slogan “FL 001” with the total number of points: 529. The sketch author-the author’s rights owner is:
- SIA “Marta Plus” (authors: Pāvels Lubovičs, Santa Freimane);
4.2. the submitted sketch with a slogan “LK 921” with the total number of points: 528. The sketch author-the author’s rights owner is:
- SIA “Projektēšanas birojs ARHIS” (the collective body of authors: Andris Kronbergs, Arnita Ārmane, Raimonds Saulītis, Kristaps Šulcs, Andris Alksniņš, Evija Runce, Andris Dzenis, Ģirts Kūla, Jurģis Vizulis, Linda Zaļā, Helvijs Savickis);
4.3. the submitted sketch with a slogan “DB 333” with the total number of points: 480. The sketch author-the author’s rights owner is:
- SIA “TECTUM” (authors: Uldis Bērziņš, Alvis Zlaugotnis);
4.4. the submitted sketch with a slogan “LM 330” with the total number of points: 474. The sketch authors-the author’s rights owners are:
- Mantens Devrīnts;
- Liene Jākobsone;
4.5. the submitted sketch with a slogan “VF 273” with the total number of points 390. The sketch author-the author’s rights owner is:
§ MOBA Studio s.r.o. (the collective body of authors: Yvette Vašourkova, Igor Kovačevič, Katerina Šramkova, Zuzana Kuldova, Martin Neruda, Tereza Dufkova, Carolina Ponce Suarez, Manuel Heredia Martninez, Javier Egudiazu Martinez-Herrera, Jakub Honzak).
In compliance with the jury commission decision, a consolation prize in the amount of Ls 2000 is awarded to the above listed participants.
We would also like to point out that in compliance with Paragraph .2 of Part 2 of Section 83 of the Public Procurement Law, within 15 days following the day, on which the information stipulated in Section 32 of the Public Procurement Law is sent via mail to the applicant, the latter is entitled to file an application at the Procurement Monitoring Bureau concerning violations of the procurement procedure.
